We are doing work which could affect the data stored on your laptop or PC.
Please carefully review and complete this form before we proceed with any work.
In the first instance we will always attempt to re-image the entire contents of your drive onto a new drive.
If this is not possible we can make an attempt to recover some files or partial data from your drive.
In the case that a full drive image is not possible please use the check boxes below or enter a short description of the files and data you would like us to attempt to recover.
Please use the box below to specify any other data or files you would like us to attempt to recover in the instance that a full-drive image is not possible.
Drive Return
If you would like your original drive returned after we have completed work on your system please specify by ticking the box below.
If you do not request to have your drive returned, the data on it will be wiped as per our Data Retention Policy below.
Data Retention Policy
After working on your system in our workshop we will retain a backup of the data we have
recovered for 30 days after the device has been booked into our workshop.
After this period we will delete any backups taken of your data.
